AWWW MONDAY WITH DANI KITTEN AND FURMILY

 Here is a picture of Dani kitten and two furblings when they were still in the Lacocoon Cattery, in Lacolle, Quebec.  Go to Lacolle if you are interested in finding out a little more about this historic small town (small town, small battle).

These babies were born on January 28, 2017.  Below, they are having a snack which their mother happily provided.  They were named as follows:  Thor #1(M), Dani #2 (F), Mado #3 (F)

There is quite a size difference amongst them.  Maine Coon males are usually larger than the females.  Dani has fulfilled her Gentle Giant promise by ending up the same size as a full grown male, i.e., 24 lbs.  The females generally top out at 18.

Dani is once again in the the middle.  Coincidentally, I am a middle child, too.  Dani's fur appeared almost black when she was born, but you can still see the bright orange star on her forehead.  Unfortunately, I had no such star even when I dyed my hair red!

In these pictures, Dani is still in the Cattery.

And this is shortly after Dani came home in April 2017.
