DANI: BEAUTY IS MORE THAN FEATHER DEEP

 Dani’s not shy when it comes to giving compliments.  And it’s no peck on the cheek for this guy — Dani’s gone straight for the beak.

"Truf be told" says Dani.  "I wuz feelin' a liddle peckish."

Having decided that peacocks weren't palatable, Dani wanted to find out what else they were good for, aside from being themselves, of course.  As if being absolutely gorgeous wasn't enough already!

After some investiCATion, this is what she found:

A peacock quill pen for which there is no e-quill.

"I gess it cud be yoosed fur autografs but sumbuddy wud has ta follow me around wif a bottle o' ink.  Whaddya fink?"

A feather duster

"Yah but yoo'd hafta pick 'em up ta dust.  An' den keep feedin' dem meanwiles.  An' fink about all da cock-a-poo dat it wud leeves around da house.  Is much worse dan dust."

I see your point.

Besides, you wouldn't want to pull out ALL it's feathers either, would you?  Scratch that.

"But I'm not efun itchy!" replies Dani.

Peacock Feather Masks

" Good fur fings like "Masker Raid" pawties" says Dani.

"Appurrently, dere's a big pawty efurry year fur 'Masker Raiders'. Is call'd 'Mar de Grass'.  But why anywun wud wanna mess wif da grass is beyond me!"

Purrsonally, I think they're just a bunch of Party Poopers.

So both Dani and I have come to the same conclusion. The best thing that peacocks can do (aside from being themselves) is to be models for the planet.
