DANI: IT'S OWL ABOUT ME AND MY OWL

Dani is all spiffed up in black and white today -- with a hint of sparkle here and there.

Tonight she's going out on a date with her feathered friend, the snowy owl.  In his honour she has dressed in black and white.  Her dress has a black bodice with sparkly studs on the back and a white tulle skirt with black lace trim at the hem.

At the waist is a pretty black bow with a white-diamond fastener.

Dani's large hat is quite speCATular in a black weave with wide brim and accented by a flourish of white feathers.  She is wearing a white gold necklace with black-and-white-diamond owl shaped pendant as an ode to her 'bird of a feather' (or soul mate as she would like to think).

And likewise, Dani's purrse is in white and black leather adorned with a white crystal owl in the center.  The flap of the purrse has a scalloped edge and lace-like cutout pattern.  The pure black bottom sets the top part off quite nicely and the long strap is silver chain metal attached to a leather strip in order to cushion the shoulder.

Dani isn't the first pussycat to become enamoured of an owl.  In fact one of her favourite books is called "The Owl and the Pussycat", so we'll just have to wait and see where things go.

After all it's what's in your heart and your spirit that matter the most
even if you're from different species.
