DANI AND HER FARCICAL FRIENDS

 Dani loves Tuesdays so she can commune with her friends and they can discuss comedy styles.  Of course, style is a very individual thing, but when you hang around together on a regular basis, your humour rubs off on each other.  Even Harry doesn't have his own Styles anymore, because there are so many Copycats in this world.

Nonetheless, the only thing that truly matters is that your audience finds it aMEWSing.  What's funny to one, may not be to another.  As long as we have the PURRponderance of the viewers who like it, we're golden.  

Dani begins, then comes June of Zoolatry, and Simon, Kiki and Maxwell of Brian's Home.  Mudpie of Mochas, Mysteries and Meows opines on the state of her V.E.T., and Rosie of 15andMeowing reenacts a scene from Gilligan's Island.

After all this, we found the cutest little tuxedo cat who wishes to remain anonymouse.  What an unexpected treasure!

So give it up for your Mistress of Ceremonies, Miss Lacocoon Dani.  And let's get on with the show.

AWWW MONDAY: INHERENTLY DANI!

 This is Dani at the TENder age of TEN months.  

At that age she was interested in the world all around, and gave not a care if Mama put her in one of her many dresses.  

It wouldn't stop her from getting down to business!  Show Business, that is!  She was all about showing off, and she did herself proud in these early pictures.  Even then she could have taught classes on 'The Art of the Pose'.

Dani was a natural POSED-HER GIRL!  Just look at the head thrown back, chin up, with eyes to the skies.  She required absolutely zero direction.

Magazines were quick to put Dani on the cover.

Fashion editions were thrilled to show off Dani's style at the start of every season.  Here, although she actually posed in October, it was published in May 2018 amongst a flurry of florals.  Her genre was both classic and unique, pumping up the little black frock with a playful pattern of pink polka dots.

Of course Dani selected the accessories herself, so the hat, necklace and purrse presented a cohesive vision that suggests both good taste and confidence.

Dani was ahead of her time, and certainly mature for her age.  

But now that's she's older, Dani has decided she prefurs to go 'au naturel' -- except for the emerald, that is.

"I'm not stoopid" says Dani.

NATCH!

SUNDAY SELFIE: DANI AT LARGE

 Dani had a great idea for her Selfie!

First, she took her own picture and then downloaded it to her entertainment system, so that it would display on the big screen.

Then, she took a picture of the screen.  Et voila -- Dani at large!

Could this just be the start of Dani's ambitions?  Purrhaps she envisions herself on even bigger screens in venues all over the world!

We'll just have to wait and see.

DANI AND HER COMEDIC CRONIES

 Dani's up for another Comedyfest today, R U?

Today she's brought along her usual lineup, as well as one of the Cat Blogosphere's beloved angels.  He is GJ of Ginger Jasper.  It's good to see his fluffy self again after so long.  

After Dani's opener, June of Zoolatry makes an appearance alongside rose-coloured glasses.

Seal of Brian's Home seals the deal next, threatening to make Shreddies out of some of Dad's stuff.

Mudpie of Mochas,Mysteries&Meows thought things were a bit drawn out this time around.

Brody and Tuffy of 15andMeowing make a repeat purrformance -- and No, I am not referring to farts.

And Ernie of Island Cats makes an appearance and a shocking confession before ushering in sweet Angel GJ.

AWWW MONDAY WITH DANI: SHADOWS OF THE PAST

 Dani is harkening back to her early days.  When the sun came out, so did she!  And little did I know what AWWWsome treasures they would turn out to be.

The shadows certainly add character to each one of the pictures.

"I likes dis wun" says Dani "becuz I is I-level wif da frunt porch."  

Yes, it certainly cements one's sense of import, doesn't it?

Or rather 'in porch' in this purrticular case.

"Dis shadow is so EARY it cudda come outta a horror film!" exclaims Dani.

I think your sense of drama is somewhat exaggerated, says I.  Well, I'll give it to you that it wouldn't exactly be out of place in "Little Shop of Horrors".  Emphasis on the 'Little'.

"I fink dis one hassa OK shadow but not great.  An' I really wish my pritty pink wings wuzn't bein' OVERSHADOWED!!!" Dani says in a huff.

I hear you, Dani.  Some wing nut didn't know how to highlight them propurrly.  Best hire a more experienced photografur next time.  If it's any consolation, you look gorgeous in this shot.  Your eyes really glow -- or is that a glower?

"Dis wun looks like I'm inna prison" says Dani.  "Please doan sentence me ta hawd lapurr.  I swear I bin framed!"

Yes, and a lovely frame it is, too.  Don't worry, I'll help you take the necessary STEPS to get outta there.  In the meantime, you and your shadow can just chill.
