Katie Isabella says she upside down getting a tan on her tummy around her bikini! Thing is, that tan is going where it pleases, not where Katie hopes! Looks like all the kitties and woofies are really getting all of their parents to work for their sweeties...all of US! Jack, I'll help with the cheese!
