SOX: PUSSYFOOTING AROUND

In early Spring where we live, there's usually still some snow and ice in various stages of melting.

Sox has to be very careful not to put a foot wrong.  He sidesteps (i.e., pussyfoots) around any liquid obstacle, but ...
... once he's sure of his footing, he isn't shy of drinking from that very same source. He just doesn't like getting his paws wet.
"Mmmmm, refweshin'!" remarks he.

There's nothing quite like the newly melted ice to quench your thirst.

The only thing Sox likes better comes later in Spring, when puddles turn into ponds.  Then he's not in the least bit "coy", and steps right up to the brink, not just for a drink ...
.

... but to purrtake of a fresh fish feast fit for an emPURRor.

I agree about the melting snow being the very best drink of all. Okay there is the sushi too.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥

We're waiting for all the snow to melt around here too. Yesterday The Female Human had the gall to go out and sit on the front porch....without us! We're looking forward to warmer weather and some porch sunning.
Watch out for those melted snow puddles!
