DANI HOPES FOR HUGE HOSTAS

Here's Dani in the front garden standing by two of the burgeoning hostas.

 "Da gardin isn't doin' too badly but dere's still a long way ta go" opines Dani.

"No, I gots no opinions 'bout pines rite now" she says, correcting me. 

 "I'm more concerned 'bout dese hostas.  Dey're still way too pewny."

 "Dey gots ta be big enuff ta hide undah -- See?"

Let's just hope the leaves grow bigger than last year -- just like you!

When Dani gets into something, she truly commits.  Here she is deep in the 'purriwinkle' in the front garden.

 "I jus' loves purrple" says she.

"In fact I'm startin' a mauve-ment ...

... an' dis is our first sit-in."

These pictures of Dani were taken only 11 days apart this month.

This one was taken on the 7th of May when there were only the very beginnings of new growth in the garden.

And this one was taken on the 18th of May when everything had really taken off.  Which do you think Dani enjoys the most?
