DANI'S COMEDY CATSAWAY!

Dani has just finished arranging the lineup for today's event.  Usually, she's a proCATStinator, but is starting to realize that sooner is better.

Of course, Dani has given herself the first two slots; followed by June of Zoolatry with another double.  Simon and Kiki of Brian's Home take fifth and sixth with some thoughts on pumpkins.  Our newest additions include Mudpie of Mochasmysteriesandmeows and Tuffy of 15andMeowing who slide into seventh and eighth with their own unique take on things.

There is a bonus slot, saved for last, because it is quite an oldie, with lots of sentiment attached.  You will likely recognize its provenance.

 Dani's indulging in some of the best KFC ever made -- Kitty Foot Chicken, that is.

Dani says:  "Well, if itz good, an' itz et by a cat, dat means itz 'Good Eticat', doan yoo fink? Nom, nom, nom."

And when she was finished, instead of using a napkin, 

Dani just took a nap!

Maybe this will put her in her place ...

SUNDAY SELFIE WITH DANI: THE LAST STRAW

I told Dani she really had to upgrade her photography skills, so she begged me for another chance.  Of course I said "why not?".  Silly me.

Dani said:  "I wonts ta dress up fur dis photo-hoot an' make it reely speshul (hoot-hoot!).  Itz end of da seeson fur straw hats, so I fawt I wud ware wun in fall colors just ta be purrverse."

Purrverse is Dani's purrsonal style.

So this time Dani used a wireless mouse to control her iPhone 14 Pro.

"Is click bait fur me!" she says purrversely.

And you have the results, above.  It's not a bad picture really.  Her mouth is mostly closed and her mouse is staring wide-eyed at the phone's camera.  Unfortunately, though Dani may have her eyes open, we can't see them!

Her hat slipped down and because she was holding the mouse she couldn't push it back before the click bait clicked.

I guess we just have to chalk this one up to a "wardrobe malfunction".  I can't help but think the malfunction originates from Dani's brain, but the PR peeps want us to spin it in another direction.

CATURDAY ART WITH DANI: MEWSING

 Dani is quietly mewsing on the meaning of life today.  She has closed her eyes to concentrate, because she doesn't want to be overly stimulated or distracted.
