DANI TO THE MAX!

Today I thought we'd present Dani to her maximum with a little help from a colour-enhancer and a bright and bold frame.

 Dani was born with a lot of red in her coat, though it's more visible in bright light.  There is quite the contrast between the dark brown/black and the different shades of red, from peach to dark rust and many shades inbetween.  Here you can see what I mean with the help of the colour-enhancer.

Dani has her own opinion on the matter:

"Nobuddy likes ta be framed" says she.

"Espeshully if dey is sumwot shady."

DRIVING MISS DANI

Although Dani is already very driven, she insists on having her very own limo driver when tootling around town or attending special events.

 She's not called a diva fur nothin'!

Every stand-up CATmedienne must have a very robust ego.

"Dere's no bizness like show bizness!"

says Dani all starry-eyed.

DANI: A LITTLE BIT EDGY

Although Dani enjoys the sun when it's not too hot outside, she's very thankful for the shade.  Our front porch was mostly in the shade though the sun was creeping up.  Dani chose the best place to appreciate both at the same time.

"Life is a mix a' sun an' shade"  she says.

"I likes ta live on de edge."

DANI: THE CHEF OF CAT COMEDY

Dani has combined her love of comedy with her love of BBQ.  Heaven forbid one should compromise the other!

There's that undeniable sizzle of Dani's humour.laced with that saucy tongue of hers. Methinks any slip of Dani's is something she cooked up herself!

DANI AND THE VET: A LOVE STORY

This is a story in pictures of Dani's very first visit to the vet.

Here's little Dani in the waiting room.  Even then she wasn't afeared of dawgs.

   

 Then she meets her vet, Dr. Katie Lee.  

And they get straight to the point!

 Dani thinks she's getting a little affection, but methinks there's more to it than that.

 A cuddle is a great way for Dr. Lee to feel her up.

 Dani must be in fine shape 'cuz the doctor just
 can't stop smiling!

"I has always wantid sumwun ta look up to." says Dani.

"An' yoor a shoe-in!"

Who knew that in the years to come,
 Dani would turn into this?

Even though Dani can be more than a little hypurr when being medicated, we appreciate our vets for all they do to keep our little girl healthy and (dare we say) happy.

And now that Dani's turned her comedy into her profession, she's even taken aim at the vet.

DANI ON HOW TO WEEN YOURSELF

Dani and gardens weren't always so sympatico.

Ever since Dani was a PEE-WEE she wanted a flower garden.

As she grew up she wondered why her garden wouldn't grow.

She had to keep buying flowers from the grocery store to wear on her head.

Then one day she had a revelation!

"If yoo wonts ta grow flowahs -- dont WEE in da gardin!"

The now grown-up Dani has come to the realization that weeing in the garden makes the flowers die.  It's not the same as using water, you see.  Water will make your flowers flourish.

So now I jus' goes wif da flow an' uses a waterin' can."

"An I saves all my wee fur da WEEDS!"

Hallelujah!

Dani has "embarked" on a new career as a standup catmic.  She's doing so well she even received an award.

"Is a reel honour!" she exulted.

Dani is so happy she went into this new line of work.

Where else would they give you a trophy for
making an ass of yourself?

DANI'S PURRPLE PASSION

Dani's gone full purrple passion!

She's in her element swathed in purrple and surrounded by pansies.  And there's even a butterfly to add to her delight.

In fact butterflies abound in Dani's world.

Delightful indeed!

Dani wanted me to post this one because of the necklace.  It's one of her faves.
